Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare Pareto Chart to identify the major defect and prepare Cause-Effect Diagram
Analyze cutting, sewing & finishing rework report and identify all factors causing rework
Ensure regular monitoring or follow-up of the implemented system of reducing unnecessary transport
Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards
Compile reports on progress of work and production problems
Conduct KAIZEN meeting for every week
Efficiency & productivity analysis & improvement
Responsible to increase production efficiency in unit
SMV calculation & Correction
Make breakdown and engineering sheet
Analyze productivity and improve system by implement KAIZEN events
Make daily work plan for Lean Kanban
Flow Monitoring, Prepare SOP, VSM drawing
Operation scanning, Process razing, Off Standard time calculation & Root cause analysis

Educational Requirements
B Sc in IPE from any reputed University, preferably from BUET

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in related field
Cooperative and active listener
Patient, proactive and long term planner
Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
Familiar with MS Office
Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
