Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent have sound knowledge with Customs, VAT, EPB, Local and Foreign Import & Export documents preparation, Banking, L/C opening, negotiation with local and foreign suppliers.
Should have sound knowledge to establish a new company or formation a new limited company.Also should know about all the related paper works.
He has to deal with Banks, C&F agents, Inspection companies and transportation companies. Related work will include clearing of goods from ports, transportation of goods, import/export documentation etc.
He has to have excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities and communicating with principal.
He has to follow up with clients/bank through phone call and personal visit on a regular basis.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or other relevant field.
Masters Degree is preferable.

02 to 04 years experience in the following areas :
Commercial, Import/ Export through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F.
Should have sound knowledge to establishment a new company or formation.
Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer.
