Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare and update monthly compliance audit schedule for all sister concern of DBL Group as per legal, Buyer`s and ACCORD/ALLIANCE standards
• Ensure the factories are organized for internal compliance audit according to Customers/buyer?s standards
• Face and organize 2nd Party, 3rd Party, BSCI, ETI, FLA, SCS, SEDEX, WRAP, and Buyer`s audit independently
• Coordinate, facilitate & support all activities of Social Compliance and C-TPAT/ GSV/ SCS especially under ILO or EU, UK & USA Buyer?s Audit/requirements
• Provide regular feedback to the Head of Dept.

Educational Requirements
Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University having relevant training on factory compliance

Experience Requirements
At least 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• At least 4 years practical experience on Compliance in the large RMG factories
• Females are also encouraged to apply
• Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Amendment 2013, BLR 2015, ACCORD/ALLIANCE and NFPA standards
• Excellent communication in both written & speaking in English
• Conversant with MS-Office
