Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for HR operations which includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee communication and relations, training & development, daily HR& administration issues.
• Responsible for handling employee grievances.
• Monitor & update of employee database through SAP.
• Prepare and maintain weekly & monthly HR reports.
• Maintain liaison with various Govt. agencies / dept.
• Assist the superior in any HR related tasks.
• Other job assigned by the superior time to time.

Educational Requirements
MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline with PGDHR.

Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
• Excellent academic background, Dynamic, Analytical ability, Pro-active, Computer literate, Sound knowledge in labor law, Must be a team player etc.
• Familiar with SAP HCM module.
