Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain and control all admin issues i.e. Utility services, accommodation, transportation, office equipment & tools, safety & security.
Preparing all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
Leaves and Attendance Management.
Thorough knowledge on various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
Perform any administrative work assigned by the Management.
Providing logistic support for the meeting, workshop & Seminar.
Joining formalities for new Employees.
Update all admin and HR documents and records.

Educational Requirements
Candidate must be Masters in any discipline (preferably MBA in HR) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Should be good in letter drafting in English & Bangla.
Good orientation with HR and admin knowledge and working experience.
Must have good computer knowledge in MS Application Package, Bangla, internet, email.
Need to be smart, energetic, patient and confident to take up challenges.
