Silk Route Design Ltd. is a Local Garments Buying Agent looking for a Sr.Executive HR & Admin
Job Description / Responsibility
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin employs.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance, evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

MBA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
Job Requirements
• Should have minimum (5) five years experience in Legal compliance, code of conduct, performance & career management, Recruitment & Selection, general HR & Admin.
• Working experience in any reputed local buying house in HR & Admin will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Computer office applications like MS Word , Excel , Power Point, Email is must.
• Five years related experience will be preferred .
