Job Description / Responsibility
• To ensure the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure, Compliance related activities to support company`s business objectives in accordance with legal perspective.
• Conduct regular Social, fire & safety Audit and keep factory environment standard to face the audit.
• To continually assess and evaluate manpower planning, conduct performance evaluation of all employee
• To formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
• Maintain liaison between higher management and subordinates.
• Other works related to the above as and when required and assigned.
• Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.

Educational Requirements
MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
• At least 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 28 to 35 year(s)
• Should have at least 4 year experience in Factory HR & Compliance.
• Excellent in Speaking and writing skill in English
• Able to handle Third party, Accord & Alliances audit.
• Knowledge of MS Office, HR Payroll software & ERP.
• Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.
