Job Description / Responsibility
• To monitor, Co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet buyers requirement.
• Effectively interact with technical, development and production teams to maintain buyer quality standard.
• Organize, Conduct and facilitate training program as required to implement buyer quality standard.
• To make sure that Buyers Quality Management system is followed-up so that the supplied products are produced in accordance with buyers quality standards
• To check the in-line quality of the products with in-band sampling in accordance with buyers standards
• To conduct Pre-Final inspection of the products before the final inspection in accordance with buyers standards.
• To take an active role in the improvement works to be requested by the buyer’s technical teams, to conclude the studies and report them to buyer’s technical team.
• To make sure that warehouse and inspection departments work in accordance with Quality Management System in the acceptance and quality control stages of the raw material and auxiliary material and report this to buyer’s technical managers.
• To check whether the preparation and planning before the production is properly made and then to have a PP meeting held and make the model completely ready for the production.
• To ensure that the production and reporting are made in accordance with the Buyers Quality Management system in the steps within the production stage and to reach the desired quality standard in the production and to make inline and pre-final controls within this process and suggest corrective and protective actions and report all of these matters to buyers technical manager.
• To ensure and monitor daily quality checklist in required departments.
• Monitoring the conduct of all audits, and implementing, maintaining, reviewing and improving all quality assurance and control systems or processes to ensure that the product and process are in compliance with the customer requirements.
