Job Description / Responsibility
• Market Research and Procure of required items,
• Ensuring selection of right vendors for the Requested Materials & ensure Correct and Timely procurement of required materials.
• Prepare and verification of requisition and ensure delivered goods quality.
• Preparing work order and proposals.
• Planning and conduct competitive negotiations.
• Resolves delivery problems and complaints, vendor disputes.
• Maintain records on purchase price information.
• Out Source new suppliers for different commodities, Maintain Supplier Data Base and administers vendor performance to evaluate the best suppliers with respect to delivery performance, pricing and quality of materials supplied etc.
• Provide status reports to management on overall purchase of materials.
• Follow-up and direct daily work to assigned staff.
• Maintaining good relations with suppliers.
• Maintain ERP software.

Bachelor or Masters from any reputed University.

• The applicants should have experience in Supply Chain, Logistic & Procurement. Experience in ready made garments will be an added advantage.
• Have good verbal & written in English.
• Candidate should have basic analytical knowledge.
• Should be self-motivated, energetic, willing to work under pressure with adaptability and salesmanship.
• Should be skilled in operating MS-office & E-mailing. PowerPoint presentation will be an added advantage.
