Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare daily attendance report of employees and ensure office staff attendance in software.
• Draft and prepare several types of HR Related Letter like- Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
• Prepare different notes, memos, office orders, and office circulars.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process
• Maintaining and monitoring the records of employees’ leave and attendance;
• Conduct Employees’ Performance Evaluation.
• Maintain and update employee personal files as a custodian
• Deal With final settlement of resigned/terminated/dismissed employees.
• Maintain day to day HR & administrative issue

Educational Requirements
MBA (HRM) or Masters in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

• 3 to 5 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 30 year(s)
• Good knowledge in Bangladesh Labor law and Labor rules
• Capable for Planning & organizing
• Verbal and written Communication ability in English & Bengali
• Sound in MS Excel and MS Word with good Bengali typing speed.
