Job Description / Responsibility
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall day to day Human Resources functions. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
developing job descriptions and person specifications, Job Ad Placement, CV collection, Screening,, Call for interview, Interview arrangement.
Giving tests, screening and telephone or face-to-face interviews to candidates who are accepted.
Activating references and managing candidate feedback.
Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
Types employment contracts, and issues engagement advice.
Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records
Establishes and maintains Personnel files and records on an ongoing basis.
Generates recruitment related reports.
Conduct induction program, and employee placement
Implement and customized Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and maintain all information in the ERP System.
Update the employee database in ERP & maintain employee master database.
Monitor & Maintain the Leave & Attendance in daily basis. Prepare the Monthly Leave & Attendance report.
Prepare & distribute Job Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer and Increment, etc letters to the concerned persons as & when required.
Provide proper support to develop and update compensation and benefits structure and undertake all related activities such as payroll administration, Bonus Calculation, OT calculation, Final Payment etc;
Continuous follow up HR activities with all the entities and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the employees of all areas;
Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
Masters/ M.B.A preferably in Human Resources Management from any reputed university.
PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)

General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG)
