Job Description / Responsibility
• Proper knowledge about worker recruitment, training & Counseling, orientation program etc.
• Ensure Labour Law related practices for the factory.
• To implement the admin policy in the factory site as well as other site of organization as required.
• Prepare Audit documents and develop the factory as per Buyer Requirements.
• To assist the GM (HR and Admin) for formulation the admin policy.
• To supervise and monitor the all daily HR and admin activities of the company including all factory site and report duly.
• To ensure proper cleanliness and housekeeping on the entire floor, store and factory site.
• To monitor and supervise the transport and security personnel.
• To Monitor and supervise the fire safety management.
• To monitor daily attendance/Leave/resigned reports duly.
• To update all documentation and look after legal matters.
• Any other duties given by the higher management.
