Sr. Store Officer – Snowtex Apparels Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
Warehouse export control, loading as per CTPAT system. Buyer wise organize finishing goods. Export document control after shipment moved & inform to management time to time. Bolt seal control.
Warehouse trims & export works distribution and follows up. Daily labor control and organize. Loading unloading follow up.
Maintain inventory, stack goods in proper place in safe way.
Issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Receive and confirm orders to distributors.
Invoice all companies’ materials.
Daily and monthly stock verification.
Provide the range of different materials as per requirement.
Responsibility for faulty stock management
Issue various materials to different channels.
Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
Assist in shifting the materials.
Develop and maintain Safety and Security policy of warehouse.
Generate daily/monthly/quarterly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report to the concerned authority.
Improvement and development of warehouse.
Evaluate the availability of space and prepare staking/storage plans prior to product arrivals
Work as a team with an attitude to support colleagues to achieve the team objectives.
Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation
