Job Description / Responsibility
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Prepare and update stock position of all raw materials, finished goods and the factory general items by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and forecast regular basis.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintain register, reports/records by using software as per Management/ Buyer requirements
• Assist Head of Department to complete successfully monthly/quarterly/half yearly/ yearly audit and inventory
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes in respect of compliance
• Follow up store keeping documents and record keeping by ensuring proper material identification, Bin Card/Data Entry work, MIS report, etc.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Educational Requirements
• Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
• Professional certificates in supply chain management will be treated as additional qualification.

• At least 5 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear

Job Requirements
• Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
• Proven experience in entire Store is a must
• Required reporting skills maintaining software database
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and speaking in English
• Should be familiar in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and if have the idea of ERP software will take extra marks.
