Job Description / Responsibility
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
• Prepare project profile and think critically when planning to assure project success.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
• Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
• Potential customers tracking and building relationships.
• Working with quarterly and yearly sales targets and KPI’s.
• Arranging meetings with clients and demonstrating product.
• Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
• Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
• Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
• Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.

Educational Requirements
MBA/MS in Agriculture/Masters in Economics, Finance and Marketing from any reputed local/foreign university.

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Requirements
• The applicant should have 3-5 year working experience in strategic business development sector in any renowned local or multinational company covering the following area(s): Marketing, corporate marketing, brand development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
• Strong communication and IT fluency.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
• Must possess outgoing personality and enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer needs, their problems and find innovative solutions for a broader market reach.
