Job Description / Responsibility
In Charge of the control tower for South Asia Region of Certain VIP Customers Po Management and Shipment approval.
Monitoring and Supervising the Control tower team for smooth operation and shipments approval.
Proper Calculation of the Container Load Plan (CLP) for the maximum utilization of space per equipment’s on weekly basis.
Channel through all communications between customers, Logistics Supply Chain Concern and LSP’s destination operation’s customer service units.
Monitor and Supervise the Sea Freight Operation of SDV Bangladesh for smooth handling.
Involve in critical Sea Freight related operational problems with desired solutions.
Handling new and critical accounts individually to secure company’s interest.
Preparing various report as per networks and corporate requirements.
Coordinating web based training sessions for different customers, Sop’s and Po Management Systems.
Proper Distribution of work load among Departmental Colleagues.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Sea freight Operations.
Depth knowledge in Ocean freight & Air Freight operations.
Ability to take stress in handling critical accounts.
Motivated to work within and after working hours.
Excellent command in English writing and speaking.
