• A Day-in-the-Life of a Field Nation Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist:
• Responsible for all strategic and tactical employment marketing and candidate-sourcing channel activities to support the Talent Acquisition department and maximize the highest-quality candidate flow.
• Manage marketing activities, including employer brand positioning, career website design, social media and media planning which encompasses print advertising, web-based advertising, job board postings, printed materials, and other collateral.
• Develop and maintain overall Company recruiting marketing strategy (internal and external).
• Use internal and external data to continuously evaluate which marketing channels are most effective by market, banner, position, etc.
• Partner with Marketing department to ensure alignment in consumer and candidate strategies as well as leverage mutual opportunities to support each department’s goals
• Partner with Office of Team Member Communications to ensure alignment in external and internal messaging.
• Continuously evaluate the attractiveness and authenticity of the Company’s and individual Banners’ employment value proposition to ensure effective recruiting (internal and external) across all channels and levels.
• Maintain appropriate brand standards rules and guidelines to ensure integrity and consistency of message.
• Serve as the central resource for all recruiting marketing activities and support Recruiters across all channels to maximize candidate flow.
• Create and deploy standardized marketing materials that can flex as appropriate with market- or store/facility-specific needs.
• Design and execute custom advertisements and collateral requests.
• Manage relationships and contracts with outside marketing vendors including job boards, advertising agencies, social networking sites, etc.
• Oversee and refresh (as appropriate) content for the Company career website and other candidate communication vehicles by keeping time-sensitive information current and relevant to prospective candidates.
• Lead the development of and maintain an effective social media recruiting plan
• Serve as central resource for messaging, postings and advertising on social media sites (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc.).
• Stay ahead of technology trends in recruiting marketing and continuously evaluate which new platforms are appropriate to use at the Company.
• Oversee the Team Member Referral Program and maximize referrals through comprehensive internal marketing.
• Strategize and make recommendations on what community partnerships, Company executives should make to maximize candidate flow.
• Oversee the design and copy of job postings and descriptions to make them as candidate-focused and attractive as possible.
• Manage and continuously improve overall candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment and branding budget.

Educational Requirements
4-year Degree in Marketing or Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Prior experience working in customer support and technical staffing.
• Strong relationship development expertise.
• Self-motivated and passionate about finding professionals a work alternative.
• Ability to travel within the capital city.
