Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensuring implementation of HR policies / service rules, compliance and procedure in accordance with labor law and to deal with personnel and labor matters.
• Ensuring preparation & review of the job description of all employees of the factory and also to account for performance management of staffs.
• Taking measures to control absenteeism & ate attendance. Monitor and maintain leave and attendance.
• Handling workers’ wages and salaries, employee welfare and healthcare.
• Managing dispute settlement according to labor aw, Factory rules & Compliance guidelines.
• Resolving employee grievance, Stress in a proactive manner
• Fostering relationship between management and workers by promoting a productive and disciplined work environment.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• To develop & implement Policies, procedures relevant to HR & Ad min Dept.
• To develop and implement modern HR concepts.
• To manage effective performance management system.
• To operate earning & development culture for employees.
• To handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Ad min dept.
• To maintain relation with aw enforcement and govt. offices.
• To assist strategic apex with Strategic HR functions
• Prepare and update HR Policy.
• Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
• Monitor administrative, transport & overall logistics issue as per company policy.
• Monitor factory security, safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
• Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain clean & tidy workplace.
• Initiate any other task assigned by top management.
