Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent should have immense knowledge in developing garments (woven-tops) sample.
Ensure on time completion of buyers samples & patterns meeting buyer expectations. Continuous monitor on daily basis & take required actions so that dates / quality standards are completed accordingly.
Should be able to develop samples as per requirement of the buyer and understand the buyer comments and points also.
Should have updated knowledge of pattern making, CAD/CAM
Should have knowledge of garments machines, fabrics, cutting section, sewing section etc.
Conduct R&D for styles and prepare Operation Bulletin, line layout.
Keep record of styles, supervise and motivate a team of workers.
Plan and implement the sample production.

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum10 years of hands on experience in a large and reputed woven garments industry of 20 lines and be familiar with modern quality management system including handling the buyers.
Have sound knowledge in Production specially Tops.
Sound have knowledge in technical issues.
Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers and staffs.
