Territory Manager – Golden Harvest Group

Job Description / Responsibility
• Establish relationship with trade partners and create the potential environment for sales.
• Ensure right placement and maintenance of refrigerators.
• Assist the distributor in organizing the markets & routes and ensure sales from each market cluster.
• Monitor and supervise the sales representative and guide them to secure sales for each route and cluster.
• Monitor the sales order and delivery alignment for each sales and distribution group.
• Make sales forecast based on the market potential and ensure sales in line with set ABP targets.
• Collect and share market and competitor information and devise plan to increase market share.

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA; Major in Management/ Marketing.

Experience Requirements
0 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• 1 / 2 years related experience will be preferable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability
• Strong command over English and Bangla & computer proficiency
• Strong team building and leadership skills.
• Have ability to work for extended hours
