Job Description / Responsibility
Positions based in Savar/Gazipur
The Training Officer (WaSH) will responsible for conducting Training Need Assessment and developing training manual on water and sanitation;
S/he will responsible for developing training material (IEC) including innovative ideas for training materials;
S/he will identify appropriate training method for different focus groups of the community;
S/he will develop training plan and conduct training to the community and partner NGOs on safe water and sanitation solutions;
S/he will be responsible to assist in developing training evaluation method and conduct training evaluation;
S/he will assist any in research activities initiated by HFHB.

Educational Requirements
The ideal person should have Graduation preferably from Social Science or Development Studies.
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
The ideal person should have at least 2- 3 years working experience as trainer, preferably with a Development Organization, working with low income people;
Willingness to learn and adopt new technology and methodology
Good presentation skill;
Advance skills in MS Office software;
Bilingual; able to speak and write both English & Bengali;
Willingness to work in a rural area on a group approach to serve needy families by providing shelter housing;
Maintain a high morale with integrity and honesty;
Capacity to handle multi tasks & prioritize job responsibilities;
