Job Description / Responsibility
• Bringing new sustainable innovations in the product & process range.
• Ensure all Internal & External technical parameters in the process/product as per customer demand.
• Secure Chemical Audit by the Customer.
• Developing Costing base of new innovations in process and product.
• Selection of sustainable Dyes & chemicals & ensuring the customer quality, safety, Environment requirement & implement in production.
• All incoming Dyes & Chemicals test & follow up.
• Implement standard operating process flow for all Lab.
• Coordinate with top management for the cost effective production & new development process.
• Work Location: The working location will be at the mills in Shreepur, Gazipur. (Company pick & drop transportation will be provided)

• At least 10 Years of Experience in the Home Textile Sector with a minimum of 03 years of experience at
• the Top Level Position and relevant educational background.
• Brilliant communication skill with fluency in English and good command over computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, strategic and judgment ability to solve different ranges of business problems are desired.
