Job Description / Responsibility
• Reporting to Head of Business Operations, the `Operation Manager` shall lead the entire warehouse operations which includes following major responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Lead operational teams, manage entire operational process flow, cargo bond, customs and Inventory.
• Validate all existing SOPs and develop SOPs for newprocesses or work flows.
• Supervise cargo receipt, unloading, stacking, inventory management, customs follow?up and movement of cargo to airports.
• Monitor all expenses and ensure cost effective operations.
• Ensure operational compliance with different local and international regulations and customer requirements of handling cargo.
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in the warehouse.
• Ensure safety of the premises and all facilities and maintain good relations with other stakeholders in the community.
• JOB LOCATION: Nishat Nagar, Kamarpara Tongi, Dhaka.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any discipline is expected.

Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large warehouse or distribution center management and out of that minimum 3 years should be in leadership position.
• Experience in freight forwarding related warehousing shall get preference.
• Strong leadership/supervision skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
• Tech savvy with good command over MS Office package.
• Ability to work under stressful situation and during uncomfortable hours of the day.
