Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare monthly training schedule program & submit to HOD.
Prepare all employee awareness program.
Daily arrangement Training.
Maintaining daily basis grievance from every employee.
Maintaining daily basis leave management.
Making monthly leave summary & submit to HOD.
Making monthly sick analyses report & submit to HOD.
Prepare all kinds of compliance related training record.
Any other work given by HOD.

Educational Requirements
Masters or Bachelors from any discipline.
MBA (major in HRM)/ PGDHRM will get added advantage.
Experience Requirements
4 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Training & Development, Factory HR Administration
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Additional Job Requirements
Age 24 to 28 year(s) Having knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
