Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensuring proper communication between workers and management
• Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues
• Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues
• Handling grievances at the initial stage
• Listening to workers and counselling them as well
• Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance
• Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company
• Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management
• Coordinating activities of Medical center including its compliance issues
• Carrying out Workers orientation program
• Carrying out different awareness programs as per requirements of different Buyers and Local Law.
• Maintaining registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programs, etc.
• Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law
• Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers
• Ensuring different documentations related to HR & Compliance
• Any duties mentioned in Labor Rules
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Masters or graduation from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Labor Counseling, Welfare
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Should have sound knowledge on day to day welfare activities in RMG
• Well conversant in Bangladesh Labour Law and Rules.
• Capable to handle grievance procedure in large company
• Should have good communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure
