• Make efficiency report,
• Garments analysis
• Operation breakdown & Dividing plan.
• Final machine layout.
• To make capacity study, Hourly production study, Time study, Motion study & Method study.
• To find out bottle neck operation & take necessary action & give proper guide line.
• Evaluate all styles & prepare SMV database for all styles.
• Ensure effective communication with production supply chain team for increasing productivity.
• Should have best knowledge to motivate staff & workers for best productivity or achieve daily targets production.
• Review the production plan as per existing capacity, strength & give proper guide line wherever necessary to ensure timely shipment.
• Maintain skill inventory.
• Prepare worker assessment report & aggregate this report for yearly increment.
• Incentive scheme.
• Maintain KPI.
• Maintain non-productive time.
• Maintain style feeding time & learning curve.
• To calculate daily manpower allocation of sewing & finishing section.
• Apply the creative technique to better productions.
• Take instant decision to precede the productions.
• Ensure the machine, folder & guides from maintenance before layout.
• Allays counseling the team with new things & problems.
