Job Description / Responsibility
• To design working procedure for large production unit and need to control large number of workers and staffs
• To develop and adopt the new techniques to increase the cost effective production with the required quality standards
• Developing new methodologies and standards to increase the production
• Estimate and achieve the target with the required quality standards
• Lead team players & interact with all levels of company to implement the company`s policies and goals
• To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality
• To ensure the availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
• Prepare production planning and maintain buyer required shipment

Educational Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from reputed educational institution

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• More than 5 years working experience in similar post mentioned above in any woven shirt/ blouse garments manufacturing units will get the preferences
• Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
• Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English
• Technical knowledge in related machines and production process
• Must have good knowledge in compliance & audit aspects
• Must have good knowledge in IE
