Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsibility will be costing exercise with factory, product development, price negotiation.
• Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications.
• Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
• Able to handle several numbers of styles at a time independently
• Proper execution of sampling according to planned `Time and Action Plan` on regular basis to ensure on time submission with right quality and quantity
• Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales orders and maintain profitability
• Should have sound knowledge of costing, products, fabrics, Fashionable Wash, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc.

Educational Requirements
• Masters/ Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum Graduate with MBA/ Merchandising degree will get preference

• 2 to 3 year(s)

• Age 28 to 32 year(s)
• Should have sound knowledge on knit & Woven.
• Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
• Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
• Willing to travel factory frequently (when required)
