Job Description / Responsibility
• Design, develop, implement and monitor Agri Portfolio products.
• Develop overall strategic plan and operational plan for Agri related Products and appraise with Project Head.
• Understand scalability requirements, contemporary technical products /suites /services available in the market, understand the performance parameters, provide test design, rollout strategies at a high level and map the best feasible cost-effective technical design for the client.
• Consistently Develop and evaluate new business opportunities, ideas and potential partners
• Support teams in implementing new products/projects with timeliness and desired quality.
• Ensure accountability of the team to the management
• Ensure regular reporting to relevant authorities.
• Manage all work related to technology, logistics & procurement.
• Initiate market research for identification of new services
• Infrastructure development that will enhance the scalability of new products/projects, allowing the proper systems and processes to be integrated with the business best practices ensuring consistency and stability.
• Have an overall accountability for the quality, standard, usability and management of data and information.
• Making sure day to day operations run smoothly.
• Initiate to increase customer satisfaction and revenue by the Agri call center.
• Ensure timely and appropriate agreement preparation.
• Follow-up and extend the deadline of various agreements.
• Work with Finance, Accounts, Admin, logistics and procurement team for efficient facilitation of relevant products/projects.
