Job Description / Responsibility

• Dermitec is hiring and we are looking to grow our Dermitec Team – we have an opening for an Outside Product Sales Specialist in our Derma and Gyne Sales Team. Positions are in the field and will be remote and the territory this role will be responsible for is Dhaka. If you have a strong sales and pharmaceuticals background in building relationships and a true passion for selling and acquiring new accounts to provide best solution for our customers?We would love to hear from you!
• SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working with new and prospective clients specially doctors as well as internal clients to effectively discuss the features and benefits of Dermitec product solutions. Flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours and extensive travel is essential to success in the role.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Understand and effectively presents and delivers presentations of Dermitec products, features and benefits to new and prospective clients as well as internal clients to promote sales and product development
• Learn the Dermitec products quickly and thoroughly, and become an expert
• Communicate confidently with clients
• Proactively seek ways to improve the client experience
• Prepare and provide Ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics and reporting for product management
• Develop documentation for product release and training
• Seek opportunities to propose solutions and improvements as related to product sales
• Competently conduct Q&A sessions; providing accurate and complete information
• Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer?s needs to help promote sales
• Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs
• Establish and maintain positive work relationships and works productively with support groups/persons within the business
• Consistently meets assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction
• Be ready to tackle new challenges and opportunities as they arise
• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor`s Degree in Management, Health Information Management, Health Sciences, Pharmacy (with background in science up to H.S.C) or equivalent education and work experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

• EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of two years of experience in the business arena either as a product executive/trainer/facilitator/business analyst role preferably in a pharmaceuticals or healthcare environment; knowledge of the Pharmacy and Supply environment helpful but not required
• Proficiency with suite of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Outlook.
