Job Description / Responsibility
Applies knowledge of processes, equipment and system capability to set challenging individual and facility standards.Guide SIC & engineering people.
Planning production as per sales forecast.
Forecasting the requirements as to estimate the number staff needed to avoid under or over staffing.
Assurance of GMP & hygiene policies on the production floor.
Coordination of dispatch with logistic department.
Oversees and assures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
Builds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for both management and front-line hourly personnel.
Maintenance of QC protocol as directed by the authority.
Documentation for ISO-HACCP-FSSC-HALAL etc and guide SIC for that.
Handle people from government or certification body.

Master of Science or Bachelor in Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering.
