Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for overall production operation of the factory.
Formulate sound production plan and ensure highest productivity through strict implementation of QC principles, effective supervision, routine inspection and proper accountability.
Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production achievement commensurate with production target for any given period.
Ensure adequate availability of in-store finished products stock for delivery. Establish an efficient replenishment chain for the pre & post production stores to combat supply and demand at any given moment.
Ensure the in-store availability of necessary spare-parts and accessories to meet emergency and unforeseen.

Educational Requirements
B.SC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any recognized institutes.
Educational limitation shall not be a major detriment for candidates with exceptional qualities and/or proven track record.

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Production, Supervision
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Transportation

Additional Job Requirements
Age 32 to 42 year(s)
Extensive knowledge in production machineries and mechanical parts.
Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality with leadership skill.
Ingenuity and ability to improvise as when necessary.
Basic computer efficiency.
#* Experience Requirements:
At least 05 years of uninterrupted and progressive experience in relevant industry
Firsthand experience in planning/operation/execution of production in large electronics/engineering/vehicle manufacturing plants.
High level of professionalism, duly backed by sound knowledge, is a must
