Job Description / Responsibility
• Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total productions.
• Deliver/ Shipped on time with acceptable quality.
• Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
• Analyze Machine downtime causes and plan corrective action to enhance production and productivity.
• Ensure supply of fabrics, accessories etc.
• Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
• Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency
