Job Description / Responsibility
• To achieve production target according to the Production planning
• Managing the whole production processes in respect of schedule, production & quality.
• Balance workflow between departments.
• Monitor production bottleneck and solve the problem.
• Monitor production process that buyers requirement is being followed properly.
• Follow-up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Candidate should responsible for work under pressure.

Minimum Bachelors Degree holder

Experience Requirements
• At least 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Sewing)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

• Age 35 to 50 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style;
• Capable of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly / daily / monthly production target prepare, follow-up & execute thereof.
• Have sound knowledge on floor (sewing, cutting, finishing, packing).
• Must have sound knowledge on consumption of Fabric & Accessories.
• Must have sound knowledge on knitting, dyeing and printing.
• Must have sound knowledge on Fabric Quality.
• Candidate are based in Narayangonj will be given preference.
