The position Production Supervisor will have the overall responsibilities of doing production planning, scheduling, monitoring the processes of sampling and shipment, liaise with merchandising and QA / QC departments, work closely with local supplier to ensure timely delivery of right goods, documentation and reporting, assist the Production Manager in day to day operation and management of the company.

Minimum 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
At least 10 years’ experience in management & operation of garments industry in Bangladesh.
The candidate should possess strong leadership and managerial skills, capability of doing crisis management and self-motivated with positive attitude.
He should be pro-active, well-organized and result oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
The candidate must have good command in written and spoken English, computer literate.
