Job Description / Responsibility
• Project In-Charge of mobile phone manufacturing
• Total management of project manufacturing process and all steps of SMT process, assembly process, etc.
• Manage large team of technical stuff of diverse technical background
• Coordinate with internal departments / vendors in project development for key OEM/ODM customers
• Serve as an interface between the Engineering team and internal clients, including the Construction, Operations, Environmental, Health & Safety, to facilitate interdepartmental cooperation
• Assist with the development of new engineering standards and maintains and improves existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices
• Participate in engineering, design, and construction review processes
• Coordinate project construction with Project Managers and Site Construction Managers to resolve critical and time-sensitive project-related issues

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in EEE/ ME/ IPE from any reputed university with MBA is preferable

5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At most 35 year(s)
• 10 years and above expertise in mobile phone (preferred) manufacturing or related consumer electronics industry process
• Solid project management experience and technical knowhow of mobile phone/ consumer electronics manufacturing steps/ process diagram, assembly process, SMT process etc.
• Hands on experience in electronic accessories/ component processing and manufacturing steps
• Familiar with different types of second operation process which can help to furnish the product perfection
• Must be willing to travel overseas frequently
