Job Description / Responsibility
• Production & samples follow up with factories and related procedures
• Communicate with buyers on day to day merchandising activities and approvals
• Preparation of the QC files to hand over to QC department in time.
• Accomplish merchandising cycle (File/ Record keeping/ Sampling/ TNAs/ QC file making/ Production follow up/ Shipment booking)
• Trims, accessories, fabric sourcing (overseas and local)
• Print Embroidery approvals and follow up.
• Preparing costing and price quotation.
• Job Location: Gulshan, Dhaka

Educational Requirements
• Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
• Should be professionally qualified from any reputed institute (BIFT/ B.Sc Textiles)

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Should have work experience in Woven knit for minimum 5 years (Including factory experience)
• Should have knowledge of woven knit fabrics both denim and non denim.
• Should have knowledge Should have practical knowledge about the fabrics, trims and submission procedure
• Must have Good knowledge on different types of wash print
• English proficiency is must to handle day to day buyer communications
• The candidate should be technically sound in Garments costing & manufacturing process
• Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude
• Able to work under pressure
• Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures
• Good understanding of core business aspects
• Complete proficiency in MS Office package
• Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials, booking and delivery
