Educational Requirements
• MBBS or MD from a recognized and reputed medical institute
• Current unconditional registration with the Bangladesh Medical Association

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after successful completion of internship
• Having a rotation in medical pediatrics
• Current involvement with clinical practice between 2-5 years (e.g., medical officer in any hospital, clinic or as private GP)
• Demonstrating sound judgment with respect to clinical decision making
• High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Able to demonstrate an empathetic interviewing style and ensure that any information provided is understood
• Able to communicate medical and health related information in simple terms
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including a willingness to participate in clinical quality review of calls; both privately and within a group setting
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English languages (reading and writing)
