• Maintenance of front Desk and handling PABX and other systems.
• Patient received
• Handling/ counseling walk-in Patient.
• Handle phone calls incoming/out going with greetings in a professional way.
• Answer caller`s inquiries whenever is required.
• Channeling incoming phone calls.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
