Location: Sales Training Office, Moghbazar, Dhaka
Schedule: Full-time

The position is primarily responsible for maintaining training program of field sales forces including product & selling skills. Additional responsibility includes the development of sales team & enhances their skills and boost up their morale & attitude.
Essential Functions:
Creates and delivers product information training to the field forces focused on product knowledge and selling skills.
Reviews department reports, sales trainee evaluations and any other reports that trainers are required to complete and evaluates the effectiveness of training program.
Participates & contributes to the interviewing and hiring of field sales forces.

Educational Requirements
M.Pharm/ B.Pharm degree from any reputed Public University or Private University.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 30 year(s)
Preferably one (1) year experience in the pharmaceutical sales training.
Excellent communication/presentation skills (both oral & written).
Ability to work both collaboratively, independently and effectively.
Needs to be a good team player.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point).
