Job Description / Responsibility
• Serve as the primary point for safety and security matters of the company
• Provide technical support to the field in the areas of security & risk assessments,scenario planning,security plan development,crisis/contingency planning;and other security related functions
• Develop and update safety & security plans of the company including fire policy,emergency evacuation,earthquake & safety etc.
• Provide advice and counsel to management on matters relating to employee and property safety and security
• Investigate all safety,security and risk management related issues including property management,accidents,incidents.
• Develop and facilitate security,health and safety training both at HQ and field offices
• Conducts training needs assessment with key stakeholders resulting in increased safety,security and risk management capacity
• Manage data regulatory requirements and health and safety compliance by communicating with police and fire service to obtain information on hazardous conditions/materials,accidents,regulations,licenses,inspections,codes,laws,etc.;disseminating the information to the appropriate personnel;and tracking data as required.
• Respond to Branch offices crisis situations,including on-site crisis management,after-hour responses and weather-related crisis duties
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
