Job Description / Responsibility
• Over all factory security management.
• Ensure the security in each and every security point.
• Observing the control level of the security guard and extent of performing their duties.
• Coordinate and Act as the team leader for Quick reaction force.
• Controlling, supervising and leading security team effectively.
• Providing physical and fire safety training related for security personnel.
• Maintaining liaison with local law-enforcing agencies and local administrative officials.
• Reporting and taking legal actions as per advice of management for any sort of hostile incidents or suspicious activities inside the factory premise.
• Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor in any discipline
• Retired defense officer (Minimum JCO rank)

Experience Requirements
• 8 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Security Supervisor, Security Officer
