Job Description / Responsibility
Capability to handle 100% export oriented fabric sales for Knitting, Dyeing, Washing, All Over Printing, etc. approximately 800MT fabric per month
Design, implement, and facilitate annual Sales plan for the company
Develop promotional material, distribution and profit oriented sales strategies
Search, contact and develop relationships and long-term cooperation with the domestic garment enterprises and foreign customers
Train the sales team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
Build & maintain strong working partnerships with key suppliers and determine appropriate end-to-end processes and tools
Perfect coordination with all involved parties ensuring bottleneck-free work execution
Oversee market trends and adjusted existing marketing plans accordingly
Prepare well planned systems for sales team for proactive and efficient order tracking and reporting system
Price negotiation, order placement and order sheet control

Educational Requirements
B Sc in Textile major in Fabric Manufacturing/ Wet Processing or MBA major in marketing from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
The Applicant should have at least 10 years’ experience in RMG Sector with 2-3 years in similar position
Demonstrated skills in problem solving, decision making and multitasking.
Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
Strong people management skills – fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiar in MS-Office
