Job Description / Responsibility
Coordination with sales officer for better sales.
Organize regional meeting, workshop with dealers/ agents/ staffs.
Achieve the sales target.
Collecting and analyzing the sales report and submit report to the superior.
Collect feedback from market about the competitors and performance of product.
Smooth handling with the clients.
Communicate with superiors & perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the superior.

The candidate must be BBA/ MBA, Major In Marketing

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 26 year(s) and over
Fresher but Young, Energetic and determined to develop career in Sales and Marketing will get preference.
Understanding the basics of sales & distribution within the area sales of Consumer food & FMCG
Strong analytical ability & leadership quality
Ability to travel frequently
Multi-tasking ability & capability to handle pressure
Strong Negotiation skill to manage team members.
Ready and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh
