Manager (Institutional Sales) – Dhaka – Prome Agro Foods Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
• Plan, develop and execute innovative annual marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, profitability and market share of Company`s products (Foods) and to ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management of overall sales operations by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and evaluation.
• To create new Institutional Market, Super shop and increase sales for fulfilling sales target.
• Achieve the sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume, forecasting annual sales plan and eventually meet the sales targets.
• Ensure on-time collection of revenues through proper maintenance of credit time & limit and initiate required corrective actions by analyzing variances on sales and outstanding
• Oversee the entire product distribution program of the company to ensure products are always available in the right place with the right quantity through effective distribution channels
• Develop and maximize excellent working relationships with key accounts, franchisees, dealers and retail partners to enhance brand value & loyalty
• Control proper maintenance of cold chain from warehouse to retail sales point in compliance with the standard temperature

Educational Requirements
Masters/ MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements
• 7 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 33 to 40 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Package application & Fluency in English,
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
