Job Description / Responsibility
• Strategizing, Developing and implementing sales plan, dealer recruitment plan and marketing techniques aligned with the organization objectives.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the team attain the set target
• Leading, supervising and monitoring sales team all over the country.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the individual team member attain the set target
• Conduct training and motivating sessions for the existing team and new recruits to achieve the target
• To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in volume and value
• Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review.
• Business performance analyses based on systems/data (develop/manage/access) and capturing market operation insights relevant to sales, service and marketing
• Geo-mapping/analysis.

Educational Requirements
Masters/ MBA from reputed university.

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 6 year(s)

• Age 33 to 38 year(s)

• A good knowledge of Bangladesh mobile market
• A good knowledge of Electronic product
• Good Communication skills,
• Excel and power point presentation knowledge.
• Minimum knowledge of 2 languages (English, Bengali).
• 3-5 years job experience as national sales manager in mobile phone industry.
