Job Description / Responsibility
• Department: Sales
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
• Achieve the area sales target and maximize unit-wise sales achievement
• Monitor and coordinate the activities of the sales supervisors and distributors
• Analyze market, products, people and competitors for sales development
• Monitor the activities of the competitors & set suitable sales strategies for the assigned area

7 to 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At most 40 year(s)
• 7-8 years? experience in sales function with minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant position ?n FMCG industry will get preference
• Good communication skills with computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel)
