Regional Sales Manager – Abdul Monem Beverage Unit

Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare and present regional business plan for sustainable business growth.
• Lead, guide and develop regional team to drive business growth.
• Achievement of basic KPI of distribution; i.e numeric reach, weighted reach, primary and secondary sales target.
• Drive numeric reach throughout the region.
• Negotiate with distributors for justified additional investment for ensuring future growth.
• Ensure adequate rotation of returnable glass bottles.
• Solicit, evaluate and recommend new distributors as per consultation of National Sales Manager.
• Forecast, plan and organize beverage sales growth over the year.
• Implement sales strategy or sales campaign using suitable promotional tools and monitoring techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationship with various stake holders.
• Regular evaluation of sales performance and informing National Sales Manager on periodic basis.
• Ensure presence of Coca Cola beverages at exhibitions, fairs, events.
• Ensure full compliance of Distribution and Distributor operation.
• Negotiate with key accounts and finalize the agreement.
• Expand the business growth by identifying the potential market.
• Provide input to development of sales plan and business development projects.

• Computer literacy.
• Experience in distribution of any mass market product.
