Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning,
• Ensure achieving target sales & revenue
• Must have ability and strong willingness to take challenges and to fulfill sales & revenue target
• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term business and sales earnings.
• Be responsible for establishing, achieving and recommending the most realistic sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales team to maximize sales revenues and adopt sales strategies
• Review progress of sales; take corrective measures and follow-up accordingly.
• Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales revenue results.
• Review sales related expenses and recommends economies.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue streams.
• Provide monthly results assessments of sales staffs’ productivity and prepare weekly and monthly report on sales and others activities.

• Highly experiences person’s educational qualifications may be relaxed
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 40 year(s)
• At least 2 (two) years working experiences in similar field
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Freight Forwarding & C&F product sales both for import and export business
• Air, Ocean, Sea-Air, Air-sea, Cross Boarder product sales both for import and export cargo.
• Customs C&F Agent Product sales for all customs point/ports in Bangladesh
• Strong understanding on customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Hard worker for door to door sales
• Challenging mind set
• Mind set to fulfill target of sales and revenue
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and supervisory skills required.
• Sound computer skill is preferable.
