• Find out the reasons of failure by analysis to prepare safe guards for not to make mistake again
• Visit markets to find out where we are and where to go to see our product in each customers hand
• Ensure staffs are getting 100% incentive by completing task to enjoy their life fully
• Coach staffs to grow themselves to build strong career ladder to touch the summit
